Also, this blog will contain more things apart of NBE of course, but this month at least I will only post about noogling and NBE topics. My idea is maybe for June to talk about other things such as beauty, general health, and give some opinions, reviews and tips too.

Are you kidding me? That's an excellent idea!  It will help to attract a diverse group of people to your blog that may not intend to use NB, but they will come for the beauty tips and other topics you write up! I personally would love that too, as I'm always visiting different blogs that feature lifestyle, health, random topics of discussion, beauty, etc. It's really brilliant, sweet orange. I can't wait for you to post all your different ideas on it.

I left a comment on your blog! I really loved this recent post! I especially love the idea of using waterproof bandaids over regular, and also that 12 week program is very interesting! 

You're too kind, girl!! I actually think you're the master in tips, especially when it comes to NB! You've had so much success and you really are such an inspiration to NB users!!

P.S. So sorry about what happened with your last relationship, but its great that you're moving on and just focused on bettering yourself. He was a jerk who didn't deserve you anyway and it's good that you're not wasting any more time on him! You deserve to be happy in a relationship. You deserve better! Don't forget that. And don't let anyone put you down about your weight loss. You're trying to gain weight and be healthy, and that is all that matters, that you're doing what's best for your body and also for your personal happiness! <3<3

I saw your comment! You are very nice Zara =) Next post is going to be different but I hope it will be useful too for people in general!    



P.S: It took me 10 months to realise he made the best decision for both of us  that relationship was going to be hell if we have decided to stay together. Though the way he ended up with me was rude and not very realistic (a week before breaking up with me he told me he was going to introduce me to his family emhmhmh). I think he is a total jerk, I care for him even though he says he doesn't need me in his life. OH and the best part is He still thinks I make less money than him in my job when the reality is I make three times more than him Those kind of things happens I guess.  
My biggest fear is he has not seen me in person for a year , I have gotten back almost my body condition (not only in health but physically) and I'm afraid he can be cruel to me again. It's something that worries me  , I don't want to fight anymore with such an asshole.
