Tiny Red Bumps?

#1

What's with the tiny red bumps I have after pumping? I just noticed them. They don't itch and they don't hurt.

Hi Athena
Don't worry about it. It happens to most of us! If you read here on the forum you'll find lots of posts about it. I believe it's a hair follicle thing? That's why Brava is dispensed by dermatologist because the only side effect is this minor skin irritation. It happened to me at first too. But I guess my skin adjusted. Some say it's over pumping too, so maybe don't squeeze the pump as many squeezes, or pump for less time? For me I found the best timing was 8 minutes hold and 3-5 off  for about one hour to prevent red dots and cup rings and blue boob.

Hun if they are red bumps around your chest (upper area most) that's overpumping. Stop for some days after it's all gone and use some oil such as coconut or baby oil for massaging til they fade.

Be careful with the pressure you use and remember, breaks are always good!

I had those too. I thought they were sweat bumps from the LilyPadz I was using, but it may have been a symptom of the thrush I had at the time as well. They still act up now and then. I put hydrocortisone cream on them.

My little red bumps haven't cause any long lasting problems.   Now if I use too much pressure for too long I have had blistering which caused scaring.    But over time the scars have faded away.

The red bumps are long gone and I don't over pump as much as I did. I was constantly sore and sensitive doing that. I now take my time and realize that boobs don't grow overnight.
