That the brava like devices don't quite work.
I recall seeing studies, but they were done by Roger Khouri (the inventor) and Ingrid schlenz (received a partial salary as disclosed and has a dog in the patent of this product), which means they have a 'conflict of interest' making their studies very biased. Kind of like the tobacco industry funding their own studies making them undestate the dangers of smoking, or the sugar industry blaming the fats via their funded studies
