I just do a bunch of ab workouts! Plus I used to take Krav Maga classes in the morning, we do intense workouts while learning how to defend ourselves in the process, neat huh?

These are only a few of the workout videos I watch, each targeting different areas. Doing side planks, spider planks, and plank twists helps the most in my opinion. I highly recommend doing these!
