I have low basel body temperature betweem 96.2 to. 97.2 (35.9 to 36.2)
Its said that the minimum effective temperature of BO is 98.2.
Do u guys have any experience raising your temperature?
Is that possible BO can work my body temperature?
I tried to take coconut oil before, but it upset my stomach ...

Perhaps taking a hot shower or bath before? I have a similar problem and I know hot showers above raises my temp to 98.

Ys, shower raise my temperature. But its temporary and i still cant hit 98.6F.
I tried coconut oil again yesterday with less amount (1/2 teaspoon) and it does not upset my stomach that much anymore
. my temperature raise to 97.2 (even 98.4 right after intake). They effect last for several hours.
And yesterday, i performed an iodine patch test at home. The yellow colour disspears in 5 hours or less. It indicates im iodine deficient. However, so say the test is not reliable and i do not fit some symptoms of hypothyroidismrid i.e. i dont gain weight. So i worder if i shoukd take the kelp supplement.

You know Iv done that iodine patch test too and it says until it disapered after 24 hours that's when your considered ok with iodine. 5 hours sounds like you need more, but in saying that mines around 10 hours so I likely need more too.
Maybe get a thyroid panel done first before deciding to intake kelp?

yes, but the test here is quite expensive...
So do u take kelp now? Does kelp takes long to come into effect?
I took 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil this morning, and my temperature is still above 96.8f in the afternoon!

So, to simply "raise temperature"?
Strenuous exercise. Specifically, weight training. Strength or Powerlifting.
Exercises are Olympic lifts, especially squats and cleans.
Hot tubs, too, and saunas, and hot showers. (also increases insulin sensitivity.)
Then, there are internal means, too.
Ginger, Capsicum (from hot peppers), and of course, Iodine.
Then, diet, in general: Make sure you're eating properly WRT macronutrients. Good fats, enough protein, minimize carbs. And when you re-feed on carbs, you'll feel a "rush", and metabolism will spike briefly (and then crash, so plan it and be careful.)
Protein has the best thermic effect of food types, meaning, you'll use the most energy to burn it. But the body knows how to turn protein into glycogen, as noted elsewhere on this board (Gluconeogenesis).
Question you're probably asking, why not list cardio?
Cardio eats muscle. That means lower basal metabolic rate. That means colder body. :-)
Compromise by replacing steady-state aerobics with intervals, or swimming. :-)

Muscular bodies are generally speaking warmer bodies, yes. Muscle tends to warm up with exercise of any kind, even cardio. IF you are overweight and trying to lose weight, you do need some cardio, which is why Dianna suggested a compromise might be necessary. For maintenance you want to focus on light weight training, not straining, but just maintaining what you have, so your muscle keeps burning any fat. On the converse, the fatter you are, the less muscle helps to burn fat, because fat stays cold unless you use something internal to warm up your whole body.
Even if you aren't trying to lose fat, when using BO you really should try to be in shape to begin with, and then use internal supplements to heat up your whole system, as mentioned, hot peppers and ginger are both very good and not particularly expensive to use for this.
