Hey, I've been trying to research how Fenugreek and PM effect/work with each other. I haven't really gotten the information that I've been looking for :-/...yet. According to the website that I buy my PM from they say it is helpful to take fenugreek with the PM. Others on this site say otherwise...I have read in a few threads before that fenugreek negatively effects PM and causes the body to fight for different estrogen receptors..which causes the breast growth to stop. I have been taking fenugreek and PM and I have gained some growth but I want to know if I should just be taking PM ...would that make my effects faster or stronger? Thanks for ANY help! I'm really stuck on this one...
