I would like to ask when should i take wild yam during my cycle and uptil when?

so this is my program: [ i take bc so day 1 is the first day i stop my pill]

day 1-13
1 or 2 pm
3 maca
glucosamine
vitamins

day 14-28
2 or 3 FG
2 or 3 maca
vitamins
glucasamone

where should i put WILD YAM? Thanks !!
