Why are you down Hannah?
Thank you for asking Peggy
, its not NBE related..Its just that everytime I think I found something to ease my jawpain, within 1-2 days I already become resistant and the thing I use to kill the pain is to weak again. Though vinegar remains the best option, and I def see some good results with it.. So I got myself out off that little black hole again, I just have to make sure I dont become to happy with something what seems to work.
This accident really asks some real emotional managment skills from me to a point that I'm even using this website as an outlet valve. I'm sorry guys!
Is it pain from inflammation? If so are you upping your omegas? Alternatively we have a TMJ specialists over here, they work with your jawline, ie is it symetrical and associated health conditions if it isnt. Just google TMJ and see if that might help. Sounds like it got jolted out of place and needs realigning? Chiropractor also, or Oseteopath to gently manipulate your spine back into place which in turn might correct the jaw..

I have been considering goin to a osteopath, I have been researching the best ones in the country and I have a list of names. Though I am worried to go to one. I saw 2 TMJ doctors. And 2 other sorts apart from my ''general doctor''. But some of them are performing very amateurish research methods or however you call it. I tell them what my problem is and then they go tick on my knee with a hammer, and say roll with your eyes open your mouth. Stuff that indicates that I might not have brain damage or what do you have to think of that? One said he really dont know what those pains are suiting with which injury.. As if I'm another protocol. sorry rant over

I'd do that eh. Osteo. Chiron would be too rough. Having had a jolt to your head, your spinal alignment might be out, there are people who have digestion problems just because a misalignment in the spine. It's worth a shot. All those X-rays to your head ain't goid either. That arnica and traumeel. Wtf do I know but that's what I'd try next anyway

Il brew as a tea. Reading up it seems only good benefits from walnut. I can't see progesterone mentioned, more a purifying tonic beneficial to digestive tract and anti inflammatory..
