What would be a good NBE Regime? Where to get PM and Kudzu?

#1
Question

I don't know where to post this so I'll just do this here and hope for the best!

Hi all! So like all of you here I myself am trying to get enhanced breasts. At the moment I'm a natural 34B and my goal is at the very least C, although if I could grow more in size it would be perfect. I am 19 and I weigh around 100 pounds I think and I am 5'1 in size.

I bought at a local shop fenugreek and I am currently taking around 2 pills of 600mg (as recommended on other places on the internet I browse and some friends) every time I eat and I was just wondering if that is too much or too little? I want to induce lactation as well but my priority is breast enhancement.

I know that the way to go usually is by using pueraria mirifica and using other herbs like fenugreek to balance it out, supposedly that makes your breast grow like weeds but I am not too sure where I can buy some online that's trustworthy. I was about to buy ainterol but some people here say it doesn't work. Can anyone explain?

Also I had in mind 2 pills of 600mg fenugreek each meal and around 1000-1500 pueraria each day probably just 1000mg. It's whats been recommended to me by some friends but I really feel like the dosages are too high although I've been taking fenugreek for about 2-3 weeks now and I don't feel any different.

Also if it's anything worth noting I do feel like my boobs have gotten slightly bigger or fuller and my boyfriend told me they feel definitely feel firmer. At most I only been taking 3 dosages of 2 pills of fenugreek per day.

Sorry for the long post but I really wanna detail everything I've done so far. Thanks for reading all! Big Grin

Try fenugreek, hops, and peony together during luteal phase and menstruation, taking breaks at other times. The fenugreek you're already using seems to work, but over time the body gets used to it, so this is why hops and peony are suggested to maintain progress. You can lower the doses of fenugreek, and take overall less amounts of the combined herbs, because this combination should be more effective.

Peony can be replaced with herbal lavender tea as an aromatase. Don't use lavender oil internally; if you want to use lavender oil, use it only topically and dilute it in a carrier oil such as olive or coconut oil.

I wouldn't suggest Pueraria M., because it can grow unhealthy breast tissue. It seems to work because it has conflicting hormonal properties, which maybe keeps sensitization of responses up. If you're determined to use PM, substitute it with Kudzu which is in the same genus, and which is weaker.

Unhealthy breast tissue? What do you mean?

Also my boobs are perky and they have a good shape. Does it mean that if I use pueraria it will sag?

Also if I use Kudzu will that make the results show up slower? And are there any before and after pics here that really show these regimes working?

BTW where can I buy kudzu then? Or what are trustworthy places to buy that herb?

So I should take more or less the same amount of mg I'm taking right now of the fenugreek but divide that between peony, hops and fenugreek?

Pueraria M. grows MCF cells in lab dishes, It is a cancer or tumor cell breast tissue. It might not cause it, but it does feed it indiscriminately from healthy tissue. It's effects are less if combined with other herbs, the only problem is continuous extended amounts of PM, or if a problem already is there. Small amounts of some herbs like this have mixed actions, sometimes they help the body prevent these problems, but later on if the problem is there they feed it.

I don't know whether Pueraria M causes sagging. I haven't research kudzu enough, but I know it's widely used and considered safe. Kudzu is less potent than Pueraria M, but herbs are all less potent without the right combinations. I don't study PM's efficacy as much, because of doubts about its safety. You can look online for Kudzu, but I know it's easier to find than Pueraria M.

That's a good idea, you can try that, then adjust the amounts or proportions. If you want to use kudzu, add it to this; and don't use it for extended periods of time or in high amounts.

Here's only one based on it, NBE works my year results 30DD-30GG.

Well, what are some reputable places to get Kudzu. Also in how much time should I start seeing results. I'm also doing a regime of milking my boobs for about 30 minutes to an hour each day to induce lactation because I've heard lactation helps a lot in growing the boobs.

What would be too much kudzu? In your experience anyways?

Vitamin Shoppe has Kudzu, so other vitamin stores may have it too. CVS has it online. A grocery store with a vitamin/supplement section might have it. Rose Mountain has it, but I don't like to advertise for a company by mentioning one. Search for online retailers, and investigate their webpage or customer reviews about them.

I've told you that PM is risky, because of its studies. People who use PM on here mention that they have non-cancerous lumps, but that might also be from too much of a hormone. Kudzu seems to be better than PM. Just use the dosage suggested by who you buy it from, just take it less than once every few days.

"Authentic" PM is safe, it's proven to benefit ER-b estrogen receptor beta. ER-b has been proven to help protect against cancer, most phytoestrogens support ER-b. Breast cancer cell lines MCF-7, T-47D, MDA-MB-231 are stimulated by ER-a (estrogen receptor alpha). In fact fenugreek seeds stimulate MCF-7, so does Genistein, which is a phytoestrogen and belongs to the category of isoflavones, e.g. Soy.

In other words, it's fine to use PM in moderation. If PM wasn't safe millions of people would have cancer from using it.

you're welcome.

Fenugreek and Hops also have molecules that hinder cancer.

Too much of one hormone is a risk, also there's a risk if a compound, such as refined sugar or PM, indiscriminately feeds healthy and unhealthy cells.

So it is true, herbs (especially certain ones) are better in moderation and balance.

So, what are reputable brands of this stuff? PM I mean. Where can I buy them?

I'm taking both your points into consideration.
