Hello, lovely Ladies.
I write this post out of love for all you wonderful women trying to increase your breast size like I was. I will make a long story short. I tried NBE twice in my life. The second time I used PM. I gained alot of cellulite in my thighs and butt that I still can not get rid of. But that is not what this post is about.
Last June, I was diagnosed with a breast lump. I had to have a biopsy done that showed it was a Fibroadenoma. A benign Breast tumor. So now a year later I have developed a new one. The size of a large grape. So in doing my research the cause is from Oestrogen. Now I will continue to develop these tumors.
Fibroadenomas are stimulated by estrogen and progesterone, and by lactation during pregnancy, and they undergo atrophic changes in menopause.16 Some fibroadenomas have receptors and respond to growth hormone and epidermal growth factor.20
I also took many other supplements such a fenugreek. So what I am trying to say I surely hope none of you get these. They are painful, they swell really big and go down during my cycle. I am very happy with my small frame now, I've come to love myself as I am. I just wanted to reach out to you all and please be so careful. If I could do this over I wouldn't do it.
Blessings to you all on your journey.

So sorry to hear about the fibroadenoma, their very frustrating, annoying and scary, I have some painful lumps too. It's possible progesterone therapy can ease hormone levels back to normal, which can help mitigate the pain, maybe size?. Some possibilities include a luteal phase defect in progesterone, estrogen (HrT) or a hypersensitivity to estrogen. Caffeine, chocolate, and dietary fat intake also can impact fibroadenomas, (from information I've read so far). Inflammation inside our bodies produces so many sides it's no joke, free radicals due damage on a cellular level that gets out of control. Reducing the inflammatory response can help us repair damage, meaning omega 3's, imo, krill oil over fish oil, which has hidden triglycerides in some supplements, that's going in the wrong direction. I'll post more when I get a chance.
I've missed yah!, we should catch up.
