Hi there Pom,
I am lately ''delving'' into breast excercises and I remember how you always advise people to do push ups with the hands close together..But I tried this...and especially my under arms are as thin as baguettes/chopsticks and there isnt a lot off power in there lol... So I can only push myself up when I spread my hands like a meter a part from each other, which is not good for my breast ofcourse..more like a male excercise.
And very logical when you place your hands closer together the foundation becomes smaller so the push up becomes heavier and for me i cant even do one push up when i close my hands almostly against each other.. Its like doing push ups on one arm in the middle
So i was guessing Am I the only weak one around or are there cheats to make it easier.. for example: Doing push ups with your knees still on the floor? Or is that a useless excercise?
I know I can do different breast excercises but push ups are so easy to do with out dumbels or other stuff.Sorry for the loong message but I'm one from many words..

Hannah, when I said keep hands closer to each other applied to bench chest press and not push up. For push just put your hands where you are comfortable, usually shoulder wide is good enough. And also for bench chess press you don't keep your hands too close either, that would make it real difficult.

Ah that was really stupid from me..pushing myself up with my arms in the middle
But thank you for the tips.. Though I'm not seeing myself doing bench press thats a level too high for now..Taking it easy with some Yoga,(:

Happy to see that I am not the only exercise nut.
POM
Oh, by the way I am leaving right now to go to gym to do my lower body weight training, and I am fasting too, I hope I will survive.
According to Lotus fasting and exercise will increase HGH, and who does not need that.

Since some people are not aware of this, I decided to post some info on it which I personally follow religiously:
