Hi everyone,
So here I'm going to give NBE a try with whole new motivation n energy. A little recap about my previous attempts. I used brava breast religiously for a little over 5 months well my average was about 15- 17 hours during weekdays n more on weekends, but when I stopped retained nothing. I did start bountiful breast in between that but couldn't do it properly so I quit then started pm hardly did for a month n got fed up of all NBE n threw all my herbs+BO out of the Window. I thought I would never do it again n here I am.
I'm very hopefull that I will give it fair trial this time. I started collagen, msm, multivitamins, and massage with simple coconut oil 3 weeks ago when I didn't even ordered BO just to start warming up my body for up coming BO. My skin broke out in past few days but clearing out now. I'm in my luteal so if I break out again it can be for that too. I will know for sure in my follicle.
I started BO on April 1st. Twice a day n will ramp up eventually
measurements:
Under bust 27" n a half
Over bust 29" n a half
Waist 25"
Butt 34"

Morning:
Swanson's BO 250mg
collagen
msm 1000 mg
Multivitamins
protein shake
Evening:
Swanson's BO 250 mg
collagen
msm 1000 mg
Multivitamins
protein shake
massage with coconut oil for 20 mins including deer massage and fat brushing
I bought Swanson's l- tyrosine n will add it as needed. In my luteal I done need it my temp is fine. Do I need kelp along with tyrosine or alone it should be fine?
I'm also thinking of buying spearmint capsules for acne
n arginine for growth hormones.
I also want to have a rounded booty n I think I will eventually add maca to my program. Any topical suggested? I saw maca liquid on Swanson's site does anyone know if we can use it mixed in oil on booty? Also looking for a good topical for breast massage too. Not something smelly though, can't use flaxseed oil or fenugreek kind of stuff.
Any feedbacks n suggestions are greatly appreciated.
