Hi everyone
First of all let me apologise in advance for the mistakes i'll be making, as English is not my native language.
My name's Jody, i have been around for a while, reading about everyone's experience and trying to learn more before i jump in.
I am 22 years old. I'm 4'11 and 140 pounds, a little too chubby for my height, but i never really had a problem with my weight, specially because of the way the weight is distributed. If i can choose one thing to fix about my body however, i would fix my breasts... I'm a size 34E, they grew over night and stretched the skin (which is why i have a lot of stretch marks in this area) and then after they were fully grown lost the volume and now they are deflated (the right one more than the left), so all i'm hoping for is more volume and a better shape for a start, but after they're firmer i wouldn't mind if they got any bigger ;D
I'm not sure what is the best method to achieve this, so i would like to know what the more experienced people here have to say
I should say i would be most comfortable with herbs and massage, but i'm open to try whatever would work best for my condition.
Thank you.

Hi, Jody!! Welcome to the forum and TONS of good luck with your goal!!
As for your weight, I'm not sure what is height/weight proportionate for someone your size and gender, but it doesn't sound like you're TOO overweight, however, just a word of warning (and this goes for anyone else that's packed on a few pounds), do yourself a favour and try to lose a bit of it! I'm, technically, still skinny, except for my belly. I'm at least 100 Lbs. overweight!! But, today I had to run up 2 hills after running a whole block, to try to catch the bus, the second hill was MUCH steeper than the first!! By the time I started up the second hill, I was ready to collapse having to carry all this extra weight after all that running!! The best I could do was TRY to power walk that hill!! It took me nearly the rest of the bus ride home (nearly 10 minutes!) to catch my breath!! I would suggest you try to dump some weight! I SURE am gonna try!!
Take care!! :-)

Thank you so much!!
For my height i'm supposed to be no more than 115 pounds, so i'm quite a bit overweight. I've been stuck on the same weight for a while, i'm working out more and trying to eat better to keep from gaining anymore and it's working, but so far no significant weight loss. I hope to loose a bit soon, i hope you get to your goal weight too!

Hi Jody! Welcome!
My first instinct is that massage would not only help with the plumpness but also with the stretch marks and general skin tone over time. If you're not looking to grow, I think I'd skip the herbs and just massage!
Look into MSM and Vitamin C also. MSM is a tissue builder and strengthener and Viramin C is a collagen precursor, all helpful for your stretch marks. Emu oil is luxurious and excellent for helping skin retain elasticity and reduce scarring.

Hi Soledad!
Such a gorgeous name, i have the biggest crush on it
lol
I hope so! I have been trying a little massage, but i never knew the best kind of oil or cream to use for it, i will definitely give Emu oil a try.
MSM also sounds interesting, i'll research it more, and i'm already taking Vitamin C so this seems like it would be a good plan to start with.
Thank you so much, i really appreciate your help!

Thanks!! I hope we both do, too, Jody!!
My ex-fiancé was 5' 4" and 135 pounds and was just a tad overweight, mostly in her thighs and belly, She said she was about 15 pounds overweight.
As for me, I used to be a stick!! Over the past few years, I lost my bike, my band broke up, I no longer get any hard work at my job, the pool had to be filled in and I haven't had a GF (or sex) in 18 years!! Other than running and maybe going downstairs for a bash on the drums, I have no way to burn off the extra hundred or so pounds I've gained since then! :-(

Yeah, i also used to be thin... I never liked to workout, but i used to dance so that was keeping me in shape. Then i started college, i had no more time for it so i put on a lot of weight suddenly :|
Eating clean is the first step, i don't over eat, but i eat all the wrong things. We should probably start there.
