So I've been taking more pictures of myself and I can see changes in my body so much easier, wow. and I can see all the things I want to change too. I measure at 40" on my chest right now and I can see through photos they're a good size but still not big enough to fit my old size but they are the same shape as always, and as far as the changes, I'd like for them to be round enough on the corners. so bigger than 40" and rounder and more under breast are the goals. woot woot.
and as far as my body, I havent been working out as much

so I did gain a little weight. nothing too bad though. Body change: Tummy- flat. Tummy sides- toned. Arms- toned. Breast-full (keep breast). Butt/hips- toned. round out but keep my body. --basically keep the body I have now, not lose weight just keep it tight. would be ideal.

PC is said to be as strong if not one of the strongest AA, but it only has a half life of 5 minutes. So apply over a large area, generally 20 mg is standard dose, although I've I said it can go higher. Yes, PC does add "side branching" too, I remember saying that, but PC needs to be in the presence with E to optimize the result, like a topical E preparation. (Remember though, progesterone down regulates estrogen receptors, so I would only use this for at least 12 days if bleeding isn't present).
Coconut oil (1-2 tablespoon daily) is great for the modified chained fatty acids, it's potential is underestimated. (I found capsules at Walgreens 1000mg capsules) I take 2 a day.
Flaxseed oil (I think macadamia performs better for massage).
Macadamia nut oil is Pro estrogen receptor alpha (the growth receptor). Now this I would try with PC.
Maca
Chasteberry is another pro estrogen receptor alpha. Pro fertility too.
vit D,C,Calcium,Zinc are good, here recently I found out vitamin d is an aromatase, 1000iu most likely.
