So I've lurked here for a longggg time, and I've tried bits and pieces of a bunch of methods mentioned here. I'm not sure if I've grown or not because I was never particularly regular with it. However, now I want to make this a programme and I was wondering if anyone could help me design a programme.
I'm a busy person so I can't spare a lot of time for massages and stuff. I also can't afford to buy any bust enhancing products unfortunately. I do have flaxseed oil, what other natural oils or substances can I use?
How many times in a day do I have to use it and what massage has worked best for you?
Would be great if you guys could help.

I will post progress pics later!
I am 20, underbust:28", bust:35". I want to get up to a 38" at least. Is it possible?

Oh and a couple more questions :
How do you use fenugreek? I haven't come across fenugreek oil. I can only find seeds and the plant leaves.
And what would you recommend for consumption?

Hi, here's a list of massages I do here which helped give me a few inches >>
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=16154 (If some of the links don't work for what ever reason, please let me know so I can find another link). I used to use flaxseed oil for my old regime and it worked fine for me

(I'd try and massage at least 3 times a day, after you massage, put a heating pad on your chest and leave it on for a few minutes ).
As for the fenugreek, you can take them in capsule form, I've started off with 1830mg then slowly increased

you can check out my old regime here so you can get some ideas ^.^

Heyyyy Shanasia! Wow that's a great list of massages. I didn't even know there were so many! All I knew of was the one where you go clockwise with your right and anticlockwise with your left! Which one worked the best for you?

Thanks a tonnn.

I've been searching for a natural approach for a while now but haven't had much luck so far. I came across this youtube video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2kRrPNJpIk which is interesting and was wondering if anyone has tried it before and if so have you had any luck with it?
