I may be wrong (I mean how you guarantee anything in life) but I quietly suspect fenugreek capsules might encourage growth - whether its permanent or not remains to be seen but my weight is fluctuating up then back down again but now at my smallest time of cycle I seem to have some fullness back and regained half an inch of growth and aside from massaging (which has failed me in the past) the only hormonal thing that's consistant with me right now is fenugreek.

ELLACRAIG which company are you using for the fenugreek capsules? i'm sure the quality varies from one to another, maybe i'll switch to another one and see if there's a difference

I take 2-4 caps per day when I remember and I don't experience any fenugreek die off smell. I did when I very first took fenugreek but that quickly subsided.
