I haven't read anything about sage on here but I've read that it is a phytoestrogen. Does it work for breast growth? I'm looking through herbal extracts trying to decide which would be best to buy. Should I get black cososh, red clover, or sage? Which has the strongest phytoestrogen properties?

I'm not sure if I've seen anyone using sage in their routines...I haven't really looked all that thoroughly, though, so maybe someone has. I know I've seen red clover around. Hopefully someone else can be of more help?
