Hey Nessa! Welcome to the forumBig Grin There are many, and i mean MANY threads here full of info for you to look through to help you out with your program. But as far as specific questions you have or help you might want with your own program, then all you have to do is post it and most likely someone will get back at you soon! However, you'll need to post a little more info on yourself: your age, cup size, kids or no kids, goal...ect.

Little more info on meBig Grin I'm a 24 mommy of 2 boys! 5'2", 118lbs and a 32A. My goal is a 32C or D (if i'm that lucky anyway!) I'm currently using the Noogleberry pump. I was doing herbs with it, but after 2 months of nothing happening and having to take WAAAY too many pills a day for my likeing, i stopped all but my MSM, Gelatin, Borage Oil, Vit C and a mulitvitamin i usually take. I've been pumping for 8 weeks now, and think i may have had a half inch of growth, but my period is due soon, so we'll see after that! Ok, enough gabbing! Good luck on your program, and holla out if you need help or have questionsBig Grin

From those measurements I'd say a 34AA but bras always fit us all differently because of our breast shapes. Maybe try on a few 34AA's and 32A's. But definitely wouldn't be a 30 bandsize, that would be too tight even on me and I go between 28 and 27 on the underbust. You don't want a bra that is too tight but you also don't want it too loose. Good luck just read through the forum and find what you think would be best for you to try and go for it. Being only 18 you may have not stopped growing completely though so personally I would stay away from the herbs as they tend to really mess with hormones.
