I think they look bigger in pics than they do on my body but I don't know if its just me. I think once you get a taste for the growth you just want them bigger and bigger lol xx

Just busy yourself with massaging and keep yourself distracted from waiting for them. Just think they'll work even better once you get them if you can get some growth in the meantime without their help!
Well, despite how they may feel, they certainly look gorgeous! They're pretty at any size. You just have nice-looking boobs, period.

Hi all,
So I measured today and my breasts have lost 2 cm which means I've decreased by half an inch. I really don't understand how this has happened and it's only in the last couple of days that my size has decreased. Feeling very deflated in more ways than one and not sure what I can really do as I haven't changed my program at all except from not listening to binaural beats as much because my internet was down for a couple of weeks. Not sure if there is much point carrying on now since I'm back down to only a 2cm increase sinde I start 5 months ago which is extremely minimal.

I want to ask if anyone has had experience with Ainterol PM. I am thinking of taking a higher dosage and they do capsules of 500mg minimum. If anyone has tried them please let me know how you got on. Thanks xx

I am using ainterol XTREME and I have defo seen some growth .

I am using ainterol XTREME and I have defo seen some growth .
Is that the spray hun? I have purchaed ainterol caps so I am going to try a higher dosage and see if that helps this along. In the past day I went back on the PM and my breasts have increased a cm which is good. I am upping my dosage to 400mg a day to see if that helps. I think I might just need a higher dosage than other people. xx

So my pump has arrived for my kangzhu cups and I am very excited to try them out tonight!! My breasts are currently sitting at 33 inches I think it was just after my period that they deflated and I freaked out. I have ordered Ainterol capsules so I am going to try these and see how I go with them. If they aren't effective I can always go back to the Siriporn as I know this works for me. I think I also lost a bit of growth because I wasn't drinking milk for a couple of weeks but that might be rubbish. Since then I have started drinking a glass of milk with my capsules and I am filling it out again nicely. Going to work on being positive towards my breasts and not feeling negative if I lose a bit of growth as breasts go up and down all the time and I am lucky to have nice breasts even if they are smaller than I want. Now to research everyones pumping methods!! xx
