I would read everyone else's programs to see how much they're taking of each. Usually I think people do the ramp up method, where you start with the littlest dose and work your way up.

If you are taking herbs you must be sure that your puberty time has ended else the herbs are going to knock off your puberty off. Stopping all growth! This has been said again and again I am repeating again. LOL! Some girls are merely late bloomer some even had puberty after the age of 18.
