upper bust 35,5 nch.(90cm)
lower bust 30 1/4 inch. (77cm

Well look for band sizes in 30 or 32 but cups I can't be accurate from a measurement but about 30d/dd/e or 32c/d maybe bigger or smaller depending on bra style and your breast shape your pic diddnt work.
This is if you meant under bust measurement is 30.25
And bust is 35.5?

You can try ordering bras from the UK I found they fit best here in Spain bra sizes are bad too but they do sell 32 bands.
