So I have been noogling one week now for about 45 minutes using the 7:2 method. That is I reach a pressure hold there for 7 minutes (I have to pump a couple of times to maintain that pressure) and release. I am a 34b aspiring to be a 34d.
I have a few questions, hope someone can answer
While pumping I can fill up to the measurement line of the large dome. When I take the domes off I see ring marks that go away but no discernible swelling - nothing whatsoever. Is this normal.
I bend over to put as much breast tissue as possible into the domes ands then start pumping. After 7 minutes I take off the domes and massage.
I know my skin would be stretching, I use flaxseed oil but anything else I can do to prevent stretch marks.
I have quit wearing push up bras. Measurement is tricky at best. My band size is 34 for sure as I can't even hook a 32. My over bust measurement is only 35. That makes me an A cup I can't fit into those. I am a full B, I used to be a C. I'm baffled by measurement. People say Vs runs small! I measured a VS Demi bra with one from target and the cups match completely. Both say 34C, but I don't measure to be one. Nor do I look it. I am so confused.
My areola used to be more pink, they've turned brown. Anybody know how I can lighten them safely.
Appreciate the collective wisdom here.
