I missed 2 days of pills and massages and literally everything, I still am at a 39" but they are a bit droopier than they have been and the under arm breast tissue migrated back there, but the tape measure is still the same!

I gave myself a few days off before my implant BC. I got the Nexplanon implant yesterday and started again with ferocity. I feel sick today but I'm still goin with my bubbies. I'm not getting major swelling, but it's only day two so hopefully in a week or so I'll see some real change in my chest size. I added in PM to my program. 2 of those tiny spoons 3 times a day.
