I don't really have a goal except for growth. I am also trying to lose about 15lbs with a healthy diet [i do weight watchers] and exercise [walking my dogs and tracy anderson DVDs].

I am also taking fenugreek. I didnt include it in the program because I am following wahaika's guidelines on using it and am ramping up with growth signs. right now i am taking a 575mg of fenugreek in the morning and at noon and that seems to be working so far...
