Do the meal replacement diets work well? I kind of feel stuck at my weight :\ it would be great if I can loose some before I see my mum and she calls me fat
its not like im really fat but if I could loose 15 lbs I would only look better I just have a little belly.

AWWW GIRL THANKS! I have never gotten so many compliments before! I don't know what to say or how to take them, I wish the girl you see was the same one I see in the mirror! LOL
As for the meal replacement it is absolutely amazing, taste is so so but its all natural so it doesn't have funky chemicals or artificial taste and thats one thing I appreciate about it. Also it's ingredients fermented soy protein, honey enzymes, and skim milk yogurt powder nothing more and none of which should hinder breast growth. I also notice a better mood and more energy, for snaking I purchased a huge frozen box of edamame beans and heath them up with a little salt and snack on that. If you really want to loose weight you can start in the cleaning faze by taking 3 shakes and no meals. Why haven't I dropped weight? To be honest its because I have a sweet tooth and I am a baker! Ugh... If I get my snaking under control I will really see the difference. I have used this product before and have really seen the progress. I have lost about 10 lbs with it before and for my size that is a good amount of weight, my breasts did get smaller and feel a bit deflated that is why I started my NBE program. I think another reason I have seen quick results with PM is because my boobs were bigger recently
before I dropped the 10lbs and I think they remember that size and want to be back to that shape naturally, just a thought. I would like to loose another 10lbs making my total loss of 20lbs and keep my boobs the same as they are right now after my recent gain, however more gains in bust size are welcome, why not right!?!?!?

Today went great, nothing to report though... Weight still the same bust size still the same, I am getting impatient! LOL Going for a fast walk tonight!
Just got my new Freya bra in!!! Looks cute already, love this color, I may try it on tonight! Love internet bra shopping! Got a cute floral print dress in today too, can't wait to try it on...

You look completely adorable! I love flirty skirts and dress and those are all I wear nowadays because Im starting to get in tune with my feminine side. Anyways love it!
