Question about Maca powder

#21

My torso is not long so that's why I hate it...It is balanced with my legs but I want my waist to seem a little longer. :-P

Lunice,
If I remember correctly, you are 19.
That is pretty young to consider supplementing progesterone without the guidance of a doctor. If you have access to hormone panels that is better I suppose.

Please follow the link below before choosing to supplement with progesterone without guidance.

Lunice, you should do corset training. See my thread post #46 below on that:

and post #38 below with me during corset training:

Well since progesterone is hormone, and you are 19, I say no. Maca should be fine it is not hormone, it is considered nutrition.

Use maca to start and after 3-6 months do another hormone panel to see where you are at and act accordingly. If Maca doesn't help progesterone levels I would assume progesterone USP grade would then be the next safest thing.

If everything fails I'll just try to get myself skinny and go ty gym... -_-
I just can't gain any fat in my chest...how do some women lose wight and keep their breasts?I know naturally skinny women can have breasts because the body is not storing the fat anywhere else, but what about us..?

Your best bet in that regard is (I know you're reluctant but) noogleberry.
Those women have more fat cells in their breasts and those fat cells also grow bigger than ours.
If hormone balancing doesn't work, external tissue expansion, aka kangzu, noogleberry, bosom, etc uses negative pressure to signal to the brain to add more tissue to the breasts. Chest exercises can help as well but they just set up the foundation, not the fat stores.

Wish I could get it...:-\ For now, stopping massage is probably worst thing to do.
