Since the Lexyfill has been compared to Macrolane, here's my take on the comparison. Macrolane had a big pharma company (Q-Med/Galderma) behind it, and was CE-marked in Europe. Lexyfill seems to be marketed via smaller resellers/manufacturers, with no regulatory approval that I can see.
