Oke I'm forbidden to edit my message up here So I wanted to add at the quote to Ella. That I always drink my lemon juice before dinner, As i explained above.. Then I think I'm sure that the fats I eat are getting absorbed and digested.

What/why don't you post up your bust measurements? It can be helpful, I wish id done it right from the beginning.

I'm not really good at measuring.. only at this moment I already measure three different numbers, Its really hard to measure with two different sized breasts.. In person you dont see the difference but you can feel it very good. inch
When I measure right on my nipples I measure somewhere in between the 32 and 33.2 inch.
Under my breasts: 28 inch
And butt: 79=31 inch
and hip bone 77= 30 inch

And bout the lmons you're thinking the same as I about the lemons.. I dont do it more often then once a week. And sometimes I'm not doing it for 2 weeks.
And I never drink to many off it even though its delicious. If you mix oil with lemon you can see that the lemon can make the oil loose/seperated...(instead off one big oil flake it become all tiny spots of oil in the juice)
Lemon juice is also known to digest animal fats easier, mushrooms to. Thats probably why we eat fish with lemon and steak with mushrooms.

Nice sizes, as you are already doing it, just add some to your bust and butt, but keep the waist or even decrease it through exercise.

I dunno if I replied but you have a good few inches between bust and under bust, even more than me. What size do you wear in bras?

Thank you Pom! My waist isnt decreasable, there's barely fat there yet. And my butt can handle a bit more fat as well..I'm just size xs there.

Thank you Ella, I still think they look small..I guess they are shallow breasts. I wear 80B that is a Dutch size..Dont know about the American sizes..

I hate measuring too. And I usually buy my bras online and just hope they fit when they turn up,i have a good idea now what my size and style is though. Ive got wide ones too, for us the balconette or demi half cup bras suit us, well that's my opinion anyway

I think I carry more kgs than you do though? im on 58kgs at the moment but I swear if you look at me... I look like a stick insect, I have no bodyfat!!!
