Hmm that sounds weird, but yea try cutting out what you think isn't giving you growth. Maybe your overloading your cells, that's the only thing I can really think of. But tell me how the rest of your program is going though! Hope you get your boobie growth back!

First, I suggest you stabalizing your hormones. Try taking a hormonal stabalizer like Maca or Rhodila (sp?) The L-Arginine is a blood circulation herb so use it through out your cycle. Booby Stacked is packed with phytoestrogens so honestly if I was going to cycle it would be

1-7 days nothing
8-15 days Booby Stacked
16-23 Pro-Gest Cream
24-30 nothing

You can edit it to your cycle.

Thanks so much for your advice. My cycle is 30 days so I'll match it accordingly. Should I still add the fenugreek since the booby stacked would already boost estrogen? I also read flax oil is very good. I eat flax seed every morning would the oil be more effective? My main use for the pc is to boost my progesterone since its so low but in wondering if I should hold off the booby stacked and maybe try fenugreek and the cream alone and see how it affects me.

Fenugreek isn't really photoestrogenic, it more so helps boost phytoestrogens and your own estrogens. So you can add it yea. And eating the flax seed should be fine, I rub the oil on my breast directly though. To boost you progesterone, take something like Chasteberry (Vitex). SO using the cycle program I used in the other post, take more Chasteberry and use more PC cream during the week when a woman's progesterone naturally peaks. days 15-23 i think i said.

hi emily...
I have wide waist mostly due to bony structure,,, I have wide rib cage so what do u think would work best for me?,,,,will exercise that u mentioned help?

I got my butt from hardcore exercising, I just rubbed flaxseed oil on it every now and then to keep my booty plump. For breast, I started seeing results immediately! Within the first week, but that's because of my shape, when I gain fat it spreads out through my body, brasts and butt/thighs are the first things to get fat. SO this is just my experience, other women will exerience it differently, and if this doesn't work for you keep trying ok hun!!

I'm sorry but I don't really know, I just started the waist exercise a while ago myself. So I have no clue how the results will be in the long run. But I do believe the exercise will be beneficial to you yes! I also massage my top ribs, to move them inwards. Ribs are just lympocyte cells solidfy but still flexible so you can move them in.

I know your question wasn't directed towards me but you could get a smaller ribcage through waist training. If you train hard enough and long enough, your ribcage will get smaller. It's sort of like braces but for your body, haha. This does deform your ribcage, and it takes years but in the end, your ribcage will be smaller and your waist will be thinner.

My body is the same..I think. The places with most fat is my thighs, then my butt and then...my boobs I think (there's nothing else that has much fat). You mentioned when you gain fat; is that when you generally gain it from food or when you were trying to gain?

I do butt exercises but I don't have a gym or weights heavier than 4lbs (8lbs when I hold them both in one hand)
