I would like to start a program and i need help to find what is the best for me.
I am 22 years old, i weight around 53 kg and my height is 1,64 cms.

I know i look skinny but it is because all of my weight goes to my bottom, tighs and legs, i am a very disproportionated pear shape. And first i have to get my hormones tested to check if i am strogen dominant right?
For the moment i do chi massage and noogleberry, any advise?
