Thanks, Tiny! I actually stopped all of my workouts (except for my lower body workouts--I MUST have those!) quite a while back. I mentioned it in my other thread and... let me see... it's been since September/October since I have last done them on a regular weekly basis, due to a major sleeping problem I encountered when I started taking my antiandrogen herbs. In retrospect, I definitely should have gradually introduced them, but I had no idea how much of an effect lowering my testosterone levels would have on my body! Now that I finally have the sleep issues taken care of (due to getting my body finally adjusted to the antiandrogens and with a consistent, regular daily dose), I plan to resume my upper body workout when I get to Australia and start up at the University gym. I have two weeks left in the States, in which time I still have a lot of paperwork to take care of, family and friends to see, and more! So, the plan is: new country, new me
