I have two updates. The first is on my noogleberry. I finally at long last found a glue that works fantastic so far for gluing on the foam rings, for those of us in the US that can't get the glue that noogleberry recommended. It is by liquid nails and I bought it at Lowes. It's for foam and plastic as well as other projects and is a clear color so if you do it right, it looks really nice. I tested it out on my old Large cups with the old rings. I put a thick bead down on the ledge and then placed the cups in the rings. After that I put a large bead down on top of the where the cup ledge sits inside the ring and smoothed it out with my finger to not only seal it from the bottom but the top as well. It took 16 hours to completely cure and I have used them today and it didn't show any signs of letting go, and since it is rubbery it has a bit of give so it's less likely to tear away. I'll be posting a picture with this post as well, so that anyone that wants to try it, can make sure they get the right stuff.
The second update is on my temperature. As of yesterday, which was day 19 of my cycle, my temperature jumped back up to the 98.8 ranges again, which is due to my period being 11 days away and ovulating. I'm still taking the raw adrenal, but not the thyroid since I wanted to see what the adrenal by itself would do for my growth and my temp for a solid month. I'm still running on average 1 degree higher throughout the cycle. Instead of stayin in the 96 range, I haven't dropped below 97.5 and on most days see at least 98 by the end of the day. That has never happened before, so major progress. I'm extremely happy with it though since it brings me up high enough to see the higher temps during my growing cycle which can only be an improvement.
This months growth cycle will be starting this weekend which might make it a bit difficult to stay on top of my pills since we will be going on vacation to a friends house. I plan to go ahead and divide them up and count them out for the days we'll be gone so that I will just have to go grab them out of our bag and swallow. It's also going to make protein shakes a bit hard to do, so I'll probably bring some protein bars with me and see how those work out.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this month will get back on track since last month produced no measurable growth.
