So far, my menses have been heavier than previous cycles. Being off of BO is interesting. Its day 3 and still flowing when it usually lightens up to almost spotting.

I still wonder if its because of the full moon it started around. Maybe I became affected by the gravitational pull, lol!

When I stopped all herbs my period got much heavier too. When I was on them I would lighten extremely by day 3 to it being almost non-existent. I've brought PM back into my routine hoping to soften my period also.
