Hi y'all.
I decided to take bulk PM. I noticed within a couple of days, that it made me, uhm very moist, uncomfortably.
Everything was going kinda okay, so I upped my dose from 1/8 tsp twice to three times per day. I figured that this was around 900 mg per day. Well, it was the next month after that ( I was not cycling it while on SP and FG) that my period was late. In fact, I decided to just stop the PM to get my period to show up. And when it came, Aunt Flow was outta control! I had a ton of blood clots and fairly heavy bleeding.
As I write this now, after over a week on my period, I am crossing my fingers that my period is finishing for this month within the next couple of days. I just started supplementing with black-strap, unsulphered molasses. The great thing is that it is a good source of iron! I was actually worrying about anemia for the first time with a period. I don't know how much stuff I had stored before this period came out! It seemed like more than I weigh and I think I actually got a little dehydrated from fluid loss. Anyway, I learned a valuable lesson. I might take a break from PM.
