My PM bottle says on it to not drink alcohol when taking PM because it will nullify the effects and it says not to eat a cheeseburger. Something gets lost in the translation, but I think that they are trying to say that if you are eating junk food and being unhealthy your body will spend it's time detoxing the junk food and not growing boobs. Boob growth might be something the body does better if it has nothing else to worry about. So be healthy and that should help. Drink plenty of water too.
