My boyfriend goes on about needing 6 small meals a day but I understand that can be time-consuming. Just make sure you eat something every couple of hours, fats & protein being better than carbs (so avacado, dairy products, oily fish, olives etc), you need to get some obviously but most people have way too high a percentage of their diet in carbs.
