Hey Ladies. Now, I haven't really browsed around this section too much, so if this is already something everyone does, then YAY, but I just figured it out for myself and wanted to share this idea, because it makes a world of difference to me.
So I HATE when you go to put your NB on and it is soooooo cold! So cold that it makes my nipples pucker until its all on and has a chance to warm up. I doubt it has too much of a hindering effect on progress, but it's just uncomfortable. So my favorite new trick is using a heating pad!
This is my method:
I put the heating pad on a mild setting, and set the domes on top. I have a fabric cover for the pad, in case you were wondering. Then I go do my usual thing... brush my teeth, put up my hair, massage my breasts with oil and get them prepped. Then by the time I get back to my room, they are all warmed up and ready for me! It is soooo nice to put them on now

Also, I use a few different zip up hoodless sweaters to sleep in (velour and the like... so comfy.) So after I put the oil on I put the jacket on too, and leave it unzipped. Then put the domes on, and so when I'm done... I can just release them and already have a jacket on so that I can minimize any coldness, and I keep the pad on my abdomen and move it to my chest when I'm done.
