Hi this is the program I did too after reading Genie's program! I grew 2 cup sizes in 4 months from a big 34A to 34C But I had breast fed before and my breast have been a Dcup back then so that might be why it worked so well... I don't really know but I know it did work! the most important thing I would say is to make sure you are not E dominant before you do pm because it can do more harm then good. anyway good luck girl

You do NB too, don't you? Do you think NB play a huge part in growing? Also, do u use PC during luteal phase? If so, do you use it everyday?
To check whether im E dominant, I'll have to go to the doctor?

I'm still on my first cycle. I believe my luteal phase just started three days ago because my basal temperature dropped dramatically (ovulation I think). I measured during my focculiar phase, it was 31", its now 32". I hope it means they are growing! My breasts normally only become slightly bigger a couple days before my period and during my period. I really do hope they are growing... Haha

BTW, just googled the symptoms of estrogen dominance. Yipee I don't think Im E dominant.

May I please ask, what stuff do you put when u do NB and what brand of pm cream you use?
