Hi this is the program I did too after reading Genie's program! I grew 2 cup sizes in 4 months from a big 34A to 34C 
But I had breast fed before and my breast have been a Dcup back then so that might be why it worked so well... I don't really know but I know it did work! the most important thing I would say is to make sure you are not E dominant before you do pm because it can do more harm then good. anyway good luck girl
