		Some advice for breast growth (may or may not be true):  If you are skinny and don't have a weight problem, be sure to EAT something very shortly before going to bed.  I've been testing this: going to bed on an empty stomach vs. a full stomach.  When I go to bed satisfied, I wake up with satisfied breasts. ;P  A lot of regeneration goes on when we are sleeping, so adding nutrients can't hurt.  The absolute worst thing you can do is go to bed with a growling stomach.  You will wake up weak and with limp breasts.  Take PM before you go to bed too if you take herbs.
So I am stopping hormonal herbs as I wrote. I am nervous! But if this is all just swelling, then I need to know. Here is what I WILL be taking though:
MSM
Ginko
Vitamin C with rosehips
Multi-Vitamin
Fish Oil
Vitamin D
Biotin
Fo-Ti (yes, this is an herb but not a hormonal herb. It's an anti-aging miracle herb)
What I am temporarily quitting:
PM
Vitex
Black Cohosh
One of these I am hoping is the cause of my chin acne and I need to find out which one! I am going on a cleansing of them for a month and then will introduce one of them at a time. I am really, really hoping to keep growing! If I do, I will take out PM and Cohosh and maybe just keep Vitex for some high testosterone symptoms I have. We will just have to see!
