Week 1 update:
Well Ive tweaked a little but so far so good I think! No real visual change but the girls are pretty much always sore and get tingly from time to time.Maybe its my imagination cause I can't really tell in the pictures but I think they are ever so slightly less deflated and sad looking than usual.
Despite trying to increase appetite I was down to 102lbs yesterday. I think the fact that I am so thin is part of my issue. I've started drinking some shakes in the morning and will keep working on putting on some weight.
I haven't measured yet again. I don't want to get discouraged and I'm not very good at it lol.
I made the following changes to my routine:
Changed FG to 2 in the morning 3 in early afternoon and 3 in late afternoon
Changed Maca to 2 in the morning and 1 in early afternoon
Ran out of MSM today. Not sure I am going to get more. I have been taking that for about a month or so and I don't think its doing anything for me. So I cut that out for now.
Added EPO 500mg capsules 1 in the morning 1 early afternoon and 1 late afternoon.
Also I had a full bottle of Swansons BO. I had tried a bottle a few months back and had bad skin breakouts. I figured I'd give it one more try since I had the stuff so I added 2 of those at bedtime.
I bought the Steve G Jones hypnosis download and I really like that. I used the diamond code several of you helpful ladies shared here and got the breast hypnosis and another one for $7.92 which was awesome so thank you for that! :-)
I also bought some PC today. As far as I can tell I am estrogen dominent so I think that may go a long way for me. I'm planning on massaging on inner wrists and breasts twice a day every other day.
Working hard to stay positive and hopeful in all aspects of my life because I know like attracts like and positivity is everything! :-)
