I have been doing one for a little while. I don't know if it's working, but here is what it is:
1.) Place middle three fingers on nipples and move up and down (Don't rub the nibble, but use this to hold your breast as you move it up and down.) Do this about 100 times on each side.
2.) Knead each of your breasts in an outward motion about 100 times each. Do this by cupping your hands around them.
3.) Move your breasts in a clockwise motion, than a counter clockwise motion, back and forth, using both hands, 10 times on each breast.
4.) Using both of your hands, move them down the sides of each of your breasts, 10 times on each side. Do not rub your nipples, as this could damage their shapes.
