Hi lora
I've done an online hormone questionnaire and think I might be estrogen dominant and/or estrogen deficient. Does that mean I should avoid phystoestrogens then?
I've had a look at a few websites, while some say it does contain phytoestrogens and others say not. But then I found this link (below), which says EPO does not contain phytoestrogen, however there are some manufacturers who combine evening primrose oil with phytoestrogens. That's where I think the conflicting views might lie.
It says to check the label to see if it contains phytoestrogens. But what I want to know is what would the label actually say - would it say phystoestrogens or would it name the individual phystoestrogen herb name (and what would these be).
