i've been taking the natural curves for 10 days now and my period isn't due for another 4 days, however i had spotting today...hope i don't get my period early
so far i have to say i regret not noticing sooner the similarities between this and b-up
i have had not only achy boobs since day one, but amazing swelling as well .... ok i'm not impressed with the oily skin this morning or the other couple of signs for low progesterone, but i got so much swelling that my old stretch marks from pregnancy darkened!
my ainterol arrived today, so i'm all set for my next cycle...hopefully i don't lose all the swelling. i've used a dab of PC to ease the signs of low progesterone, i guess things will even out after a couple of cycles when my body has adjusted
