Hey iamsorpor, not sure if you saw I edited my last post... I found some more specific information on when to take your temps and what temp range should be considered for healthy thyroid functioning.
Also, I ran into this video when I was doing my research of L-Tyrosine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iG1KoCJsSWQ so apparently it doesn't help the thyroid glands at all!
I love though, how this doctor doesn't give us any safe alternative solution to PREVENTING a low thyroid (because, I sure as heck am not going to see the doctor about these low temps because I do have most of the low thyroid symptoms but the most pronounced symptom [weight gain] is NOT my problem, so I would like to think that I may have a slightly low thyroid but certainly not full-force). Clearly, we just want to prevent a low thyroid because we are taking BO and he does not give us an alternative for preventing. I wonder if a thyroid glandular would be safe and/or helpful in preventing?
