I can kinda see where you're coming from on the size YOU see, but, they look like they're well on their way to becoming C's.
As for BO, I couldn't say, I have no experience with it. Maybe one of the others that are taking it can tell you.
Everyone seems to think I know not of where I speak when I say this, but, as you're only 18, I'd say you should wait a few years before you take anything to grow them. In the late `90's, I was trying to produce a benefit album for breast cancer research and did a LOT of reading on that and breasts in general and found that they're still growing until you're in your mid 20's. Sometimes they'll appear to have stopped for a long time, then, suddenly, in your 20's, they grow another cup size or more in a short period of time. Just do some research and go with what you think is right. :-)
