For protein, I get 14g from my boost drinks and 20g from my whey protein. I usually have a boost in the morning, and after a workout I will add a scoop of protein to the boost for a mega 34g protein drink. And now I've started buying Clif Energy bars, they are actually really good compared to some bars. They have 250 calories and 11g of protein. Hmm and then in my oatmeal, if I have it for breakfast or as an evening snack I add 2-3 tbsp. of hemp hearts so that is about 6-9g of protein. And then also regular meat (like sandwich meat or chicken) at lunch but I try to keep meat to a minimum since I'm wanting my diet mostly alkaline . And on top of that I've also been eating peanut butter & banana sandwiches. So I am proteining up as much as possible! On days I don't work out though I tend to get less protein since I don't mix my whey up.
The L-Theanine works well paired with sleep aids that contain GABA if you are prone to waking up in the night. If you take the ones with GABA and still wake up, taking a theanine will reactivate the GABA in a way. Lots of theanine in white tea too and it tastes soo good, like green tea but more delicate.

Oh! And I meant to mention in my last post to you but I wanted to ask you how much protein you take in one sitting? And how often do you take your protein throughout the day? Because that is a huge aspect of the figure builder's diet that is really important....
