I'm from Brazil, 25 years old! I don´t if you know but the avarage brazilian girl doesn´t have big boobies! Like me!
I've been reading this forum for a few months, then I decided to give it a try!
First thing I did was the massage. I felt my swollen boobies. Then After I started to take fennel tea! Delicious! (with sugar of course!) I also believe in the power of hypnosis. I dowloaded Steve G Jones and in the first day and I noticed a tiny difference! I was like! Wow! This works! I listened to it for a week! But I felt boring during the mp3! Maybe I have to realx more! So I gave up on hypnosis!
I decided to take a few herbs! Bought fenugreek and fennel seeds! For anti-androgen I bought peppermint essential oil.
In the morning I take 1 tea spoon fenugreek seeds boiled with eggs!
At night I drink fennel tea and chew the seeds (1 teaspoon)
during the day I smell the essential oil (1 drop = 24 cups of tea!)
Massage with almond oil every night and essenctial peppermint oil.
I'm in this program for almost a month! I will post on before-after photo!
13/05/09 I will add wild yam and hypnosis on my routine!
I'm thinking about change my birth control pills to yasmin. What you girls think about? I used it few months ago and it worked to the anti-androgen for me! I was less agressive and got less facial hair. So i supose dhis could work for me as saw palmetto? What's your opinion?
Today size: 85 cm 33.5 in (in Brazil we use CM)
Goal: 4 inches more!
Weight: 57 kg - 125.66 pounds
