I'll go out on a limb here and say that I think you probably have a stressed pituitary, mildly hypothyroid, and severely underperforming ovaries.
The other two could be symptoms of the latter, because they are mild in comparison.
My opinion therefore is to try using a combination glandular therapy for all three. Swanson's sells glandulars for all of them. Take probably at least 4 of Swanson's BO 2 each in the morning and night, and 3, 1 three times a day, of Swanson's thyroid, and 2, 1 each morning and night of pituitary.
