Delayed period
Luteal swelling 74-75 cm.

I hope my period comes soon. Im definitely taking a pause from taking PM. Im on Vitex for over two weeks now and added Saw Palmetto last week

Revised Plan (until period normalizes):

Follicular: Multi Herb capsules (2x/ day)
Vitex (2x/ day)
Saw Palmetto (2x/ day)
PM Serum + Breast Cream

Luteal: Multi Herb capsules (2x/ day)
Vitex (2x/ day)
Saw Palmetto (2x/ day)
Progesterone Cream (2x/ day)

All throughout:

MSM
Vit D 1000iu (1x/ day)
Vit E 400 iu (1-2x/ day)
HA+ Collagen (3-4x / week)
Pig placenta (2 caps, 1x/ day)
